Bungalow layout

last month

I am helping a friend with a possible barn conversion to a 'bungalow'. The proposed site is quite restricted as it is part of an existing barn set up. The planning process will allow 150 m2 to be converted to residential. They would like 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open plan living dining kitchen area. The bungalow will only have external windows on the south and west sides of the building so to maximise light and obs meet building regulations I think they will need to focus the habitable rooms on those sides. So looking at a plan 10 metres by 15 metres with the shorter side facing south and the longer side facing west I have had a go at a possible plan. They are in England so it will need to meet English building regulations. I think they will want some sort of internal corridor for the bedrooms and bathrooms for noise purposes. I would be grateful for any comments or suggestions that could make this work nicely for them. Many thanks in advance.
