Hi Jenny, Which way does your kitchen face? Do you benefit from southerly light? Light reacts with paint, changing how it appears so that will help with your colour choice. Ammonite is a lovely warm neutral that can look white in bright sunlight and warm grey in cooler lights - It's a great barely there colour in sunnier rooms and a pale grey tone in west/easterly facing rooms with cooler natural light. I always tell all my clients to paint out a piece of A3 paper, blu tack it up and walk past it morning, noon and night with their preferred colour. You've got to love it in all lighting situations and it's got to set the mood of the room you want. Quintessentially - how do you want the room to feel - start there and then the colour choice will pop out at you. Sunny and bright, dark and moody, classical and timeless...? Are you trying to increasing the feeling of light to balance the darker units or are you embracing the bolder colour tones? Hope that helps a bit! Good luck!

hello. maybe it's best to just paint the walls all over in a pale grey ish colour and then incorporate the pink and blue into the bedding/cushions/curtains... otherwise having lots of different wall colours will get confusing and not look aesthetically pleasing at all

I’d look at a green. That would go nice with the grey furniture. F&B Cromarty is a nice green, bright in colour so not oppressive like some greens that have a tint of grey in them. Johnstones do a colour match which is identical at a portion of the cost. Failing that look at Dulux Tranquil Dawn but it does tend to look different in differ lights.

Definitely too light of a green- it goes kind is minty and it doesn't balance the dark value of the wallpaper. Try one of the darker colors in the wallpaper, or match the overall value (lightness or darkness) of the wallpaper. (You can see value more easily if you squint your eyes.)
