We sell both the real Scrapwood wallpaper and we also sell flooring which has been used as cladding. The Scrapwood wallpaper is very good and realistic. Flooring would probably work our a bit more expensive than the wallpaper but definitely looks the best! I would recommend up to 14mm engineered wood flooring as opposed to laminate flooring, and some good adhesive to do this with. You might be able to find a laminate for this but still doesn't look as good a real wood.

There is just the issue of the cupboard in he corner, do you think I should go brown to match the vanity unit, white or grey? Or a mix? My husband started painting the doors in a light blue colour but it doesn’t seem to come together with the rest of the scheme unless I put some down in it somewhere? Any ideas?

Do you mean wood panelling? It looks good in pale neutrals from off white to grey-beige like Elephants Breath, but colour choice will depend on how you will be decorating the room - is it modern or traditional? Panelling usually suits a more country style. I’ve seen panelling painted in dark grey and deep blue, but I think it looks much better in a paler colour.

I want to make a wall with stairs with oak wooden sleepers for our front drive. Please see attached design. I have no previous experience in this at all and have just been watching tons of YouTube videos to see what can be done. My plan is to have vertical posts/stakes cemented in which will sit behind the sleepers for extra support. I want them behind and not infront for asthetic purposes. For extra support, i will have deadmen / t-bar supports which will be going in towards the drive and I will support them by connecting them all together. I will run this along the whole length and will come out at either ends where there is grass. (As shown in the video as well). The wall will be around 1.5 metres high and we are thinking of then having resin for the driveway area and gravel for the rest but that may change when we are ready to do that part. The stairs seen to be the biggest challenge. Do I secure each row with a stake?  Just wanted to know if I am doing the right things.
