Reply to: Hi Raquel, here are some pictures. Also a drawing of downstairs layout. As you can see my drawing is pretty bad, not to scale at all. Currently going through the renovation so pictures aren't that good either. Where my study nook is, you may want utility room there. You can incoporate the utility area with the kitchen, to make it look bigger. Good luck.

Reply to: I have a very similar 1930's semi. I added an extension across the width of the house at the back and knocked through between the living and dining room too to create a large open plan space.
