nice, small workout area. we could probably tighten this up a bit as well. perhaps doors that have glass to see through.
love the fireplace, with card table space, visible to both family room and cards. love the big tv/couch set up, and the stacked stone wall.
love the creativity of the bunk beds that disappear with the door.
