Bright and inviting, this stunning kitchen renovation is a fresh alternative to the existing dark, U-shaped kitchen that lacked storage options.
Set within an Edwardian style home, the new kitchen needed to blend effortlessly with the existing home design. The result is a striking combination of modern paired with the classical charm of the original home, with hints of industrial design elements.
The bold, azure glass splashback brings brightness into an otherwise neutral colour palette and mirrors design accents in the existing living area. Incorporating plenty of storage options in both overhead cabinets and under-bench draws, this kitchen is ideal for family living. The white, high gloss cabinetry finish complements the sparkling splashback, while a unique resin floor adds visual impact and integrates seamlessly into the adjoining living space.
This striking kitchen renovation received the 2013 Kitchen and Bathroom Designer Institute (KBDI) design award.

This setup from Italian manufacturer Novello’s D’art collection is available in a range of great textures and finishes as well as matt colours, which allows for truly bespoke storage options.
We selected this elegant vanity unit and accompanying tall unit with real fluted wood fronts and composite worktop and basin which matches the carcasses sides of both pieces.
Gessi’s Venti20 range of fixings in nickel has the perfect detailing to compliment the fluted wood of the units and completes this look with understated sophistication.

Strong white walls contrast with deep blue lacquered kitchen units. A white Carrara marble worktop and splash back adds a touch of old school luxury with modern black tap. Waney edged open shelves display a mix of ceramics, cast iron pots, cookery books and large glass jars filled with pasta. Industrial wall lights complement a reclaimed oak parquet floor. Limited addition prints add splashes of bright colour.
