Ce joli 3 pièces est le premier achat immobilier de notre cliente. Cette dernière a été très investie dans le projet du début jusqu’à la fin. Collectionneuse de beaux objets, elle possède un mobilier aux couleurs diverses. Il fallait donc un cadre neutre pour que chaque objet s’insère parfaitement dans l’appartement; c’est pourquoi nous avons utilisé une base blanche. Ce choix a été appuyé par notre cliente qui souhaitait également maximiser la lumière. En ce sens, quelques aménagements ont été faits : la cuisine a été déplacée à la place de l’ancienne SDB avec une ouverture direct sur le salon. La verrière permet de laisser passer la lumière dans cette nouvelle pièce.

Joli balcon à l'ambiance tropicale et balinaise. Dans cette résidence au style basco-landais, nous avons conçu ce petit balcon. La sobriété et le végétal sont les mètres mot pour rendre ce petit espace chaleureux et fonctionnel. La banquette nous offre la vue sur le lac d'hossegor et permet de profiter du coucher de soleil chaque soir d'été. Bananier, fatsia et cycas nous plongent dans la jungle verdoyante de Bali, parmi lesquels des agapanthes fleuriront à la belle saison.

Création d'une nouvelle porte pour la chambre, afin de récupérer l'ancien espace de la porte et son petit hall pour un placard sur mesure.

Our client had a very clear of what they wanted which always helps, and with a full managed service where we sourced the bathroom suite & fixtures the client was able to experience a friction less installation.

The Siemens induction hob on the island with bar stool seating allows the cook to take centre stage and the beautiful use of Silestone’s Calacatta Gold stone for a full height splashback and worktops, completes the super sleek modern look.
