Design ideas for a medium sized modern wardrobe.

Voici les photos avant et après de la suite des travaux dans le couloir du bas : Deux couches sur les murs avec passe d'enduit entre les couches, Trois couches sur les plafonds, avec traitement des fissures et reprise à l'enduit en chaque couche. Très beau résultat, sublime couleur, harmonieuse.

Los propietarios, una pareja francesa con cinco hijos, quería transformar el garaje de su casa en una sala de estar donde pudieran estar sus hijos y amigos cuando estuvieran de visita. Se tramitó un cambio de uso para poder adaptarlo a vivienda. Se les realizó un proyecto en el que no sólo tenían una amplia sala de estar sino que se le añadió una mezzanine en la que poner una cama doble, una pequeña pero completísima cocina y un baño con ducha. Finalmente quedó un precioso y espacioso apartamento que es el capricho de todos.

Ce joli 3 pièces est le premier achat immobilier de notre cliente. Cette dernière a été très investie dans le projet du début jusqu’à la fin. Collectionneuse de beaux objets, elle possède un mobilier aux couleurs diverses. Il fallait donc un cadre neutre pour que chaque objet s’insère parfaitement dans l’appartement; c’est pourquoi nous avons utilisé une base blanche. Ce choix a été appuyé par notre cliente qui souhaitait également maximiser la lumière. En ce sens, quelques aménagements ont été faits : la cuisine a été déplacée à la place de l’ancienne SDB avec une ouverture direct sur le salon. La verrière permet de laisser passer la lumière dans cette nouvelle pièce.
