Renovation of an apartment located in the infamous Lutyens buildings in Pimlico, Central London. This small apartment was in need of a complete overhaul and modernisation to each and every room. Blessed with natural light and regular layout we designed and developed a modern, practical and stylish bathroom and kitchen, maximising the use of space. Further we designed and developed a beautiful minimalist living room and bedroom, enhanced by stunning lighting. New dark wooden floors are complimented perfectly by the use of grey, black and white walls, materials and fixtures to create a modern stylish apartment.

This stair has oak treads, landings and handrails, with a balustrade using the TVH stainless steel rod system. The round stainless steel newel posts support the inside of the treads, the outside of the treads are connected to and supported by a floor to ceiling structural glass wall made from toughened and laminated glass. Modern monochrome handle less kitchen furniture has been combined with warm slated wood veneer panelling, a blush pink back painted full height splashback and stone work surfaces from Caesarstone (Cloudburst Concrete). This design cleverly conceals the door through to the utility room and downstairs cloakroom and features bespoke larder storage, a breakfast bar unit and alcove seating.
