Stoneham Kitchens

We had a large Stoneham kitchen fitted 7 years ago, after approx. 4 years I started taking a dislike to it and couldn’t understand why, as it was immaculate, but when you live and work with something everyday you don’t notice change so much. We decided in the last few months it had to go, the kitchen fitters took it out showed us the colour of the original kitchen that we installed and the colour of the kitchen now, drastic change! Our wood kitchen was actually an orange colour now, compared to the beautiful colour it was when it was installed! We don’t have large windows and no glass doors that sun or direct daylight could cause this, even the breakfast table leg was the same and it doesn’t see any daylight. I emailed Stoneham photos to show what has happened they don’t want to know..... which is disappointing for a professional company. They said ‘wood changes colour’ so why don’t they tell their customers ....by the way this kitchen will change colour after a few years, never given this advice. I certainly wouldn’t recommend getting any kind of Stoneham wood kitchen after our experience, this was a waste of 30k after 7 years!

If you are looking real quality at sensible prices, this is the kitchen manufacturer you want use. We really challenged them with one of are designs, that included two secrect doors that sat alongside two pocket door systems. Most companies would of run a mile, but not Stoneham. There team of manufacturing experts helped us achieve the clients dream.
