Yvonne helped me with the colour scheme and design of my living room and found some gorgeous wall paper for me at a fantastic price. She also recommended some really sensible space saving ideas which means I have more room in my kitchen and have redesigned my downstairs bathroom. She took a lot of time to find out what style I wanted, the use of the rooms and what I was hoping for in the final result. She gave me 3 alternatives to choose from. She also helped me choose furniture and suggested fabrics and materials. I was really pleased with the end result and people are still complementing me on that wall paper!!

We have been planning our space make over for a long time but me and my partner couldn't come up with a plan of action. Bluecottini listened to all our ideas and came up with a complete proposal of concepts, mood boards and 3D images. We were in. The construction of the new internal wall partition to divide our big open space into individual "zones" actually made it look even bigger yet more welcoming. The clash of different textures is stunning, from reclaimed bricks to sleek Londonium graphic wallpaper, from clean black&white tiles to exposed oxidised copper pipe ceiling. Their technical drawings with detailed measurements were used to build the bespoke wood library unit that fits perfectly into our existent wall slot. The BlueCottini team sourced all materials respecting our budget and their professional approach allowed the whole project to be completed within the scheduled timeframe. I approached Blue Cottini with my own strong idea of the colours I wanted to use in my bedroom and they helped me to visualise the colour scheme in the actual bedroom space through drawings and 3d modelling. They searched out wallpapers in the colour scheme I wanted, and brought me a sample of an Osborne and Little wallpaper which was perfect and which I absolutely loved. Through their visualization they were also able to show me how a light oak floor could really lift the room in contrast to my original choice of a dark wooden floor. This was something I hadn’t thought about. The tools they were able to use to help bring an idea in my head onto a sheet of paper and into samples was priceless and gave me the confidence to be bolder with the colours than when they were only in my head.

Blue Cottini have designed and implemented a complete new look for both the bedroom and the living room of my home in Kew. They have taken me on a journey of discovery, and given me the courage to make use of colour and print and I am delighted with the results. The team at Blue Cottini produced two very different concept options for the final design and once I had chosen the Mid Century Modern inspired look they sourced the furniture, lighting and wallpaper and paint for the living room. They also sourced the wallpaper and curtain fabric for the bedroom and through their use of their trade partners were able to arrange for the curtains to be made, and for bespoke wardrobes to be designed to meet my storage needs. Their approach is very collaborative, they listened to my concerns, and respected my boundaries, and very importantly respected my budget. They even took me on personal shopping trips to help me visualize the final looks but also to get an understanding of the range of quality and costs to help me prioritise my spend. I would definitely use them again, and had no hesitation in writing this review.
