She has an exceptional eye for design and is completely on her clients’ side. She searches for the best options and sales, visits shops with you, and carefully considers every detail — from fabrics, furniture and paint colours to rugs, plants and pots. She gently encouraged me (and my home) out of our comfort zone, and I truly love the result. Visitors often comment on how peaceful the house feels, which is exactly what I had hoped for. Her dedicated team worked in my home for several weeks. They were a lovely group of people — respectful, considerate, and always pleasant to greet each morning. It was clear they had great respect for Sophie and that they worked together as a united team. “Sara from interiors.family has been an absolute joy to work with, and we are over the moon with how our lounge renovation has turned out. From the beginning, she took care to get to know us as people, find out what we liked (despite us having very little existing ‘style’ to go on), and to understand what we wanted. She provided invaluable guidance on the staging of the different pieces of the work, thinking about our downstairs holistically, so as to avoid expensive rework later on. She created designs for our hallway, kitchen and lounge, and then helped to coordinate the implementation of ‘stage one’: the renovation of our lounge.
