“Chelsea is brilliant!! I would recommend this talented designer – she has been an absolute joy to work with! I hired Chelsea Jade Interiors to accessorise the lower floor of my home and I am extremely happy with the result. Chelsea took our vision and made it a reality. She has been lovely to work with and a great professional! She understood what we wanted and was able to come up with a list of products which were ideal to what we wanted. We had a bad experience with an interior designer who kept delaying our work for 14 months for other contracts which took priority and during this time came over three times as had forgotten what the ground floor looked like. This person took brief notes and produced a list of products which we considered unsuitable - they had clearly failed to understand the brief. I then emailed Chelsea Jade Interiors and to be honest I was not expecting much but I received an immediate reply. Chelsea came over 2 days later – late on a weekend - at a time which suited me and my husband. She took detailed notes, photographs and asked a lot of questions and a couple of weeks later we had a list of products which we loved! This lady is unbelievable – she is very generous with her time and provides advice and has made herself available out of office hours. She is extremely reliable, enthusiastic and makes you feel comfortable working with her and provides honest and appropriate advice. Chelsea also puts in the extra effort to make sure she is providing the ideal service - as a Muslim we wanted to display some Islamic art and it’s a field which Chelsea had no knowledge about, but she researched and came up with some lovely ideas. She also made the effort of going to furniture shops from which we were particularly keen to buy from, she didn’t have to do this, but she clearly puts a lot of time and effort into researching and presenting a list of products which suited us and giving us something we wanted instead of making do with. “I employed Dave at Hurricane Herbert to revamp my 2 bed apartment I bought last year, and reorganise the layout and space, as a few things weren’t working for me. He came out for the half day consultancy, changed the orientation of my master bedroom, moved the location of my couch in the lounge and came up with a soft furnishings and wall treatment design. He then remotely helped me purchase a couch and a new dining table. His team is to redo the family bathroom in the near future. I am so glad I made the leap to get an interior designer and I’m really glad I went with Hurricane Herbert, who I am and will use again in the future!”
