“I wholeheartedly recommend Sarah as an interior designer. I worked with her on a total refurb of my bedroom and the experience exceeded all expectations. From our first meeting, Sarah demonstrated a deep understanding of design aesthetics and spatial planning. She took the time to understand my [quirky] needs and preferences, then translated them into a cohesive design that perfectly captured my vision of a bedroom retreat in a ship wrecked theme with upcycled furniture, rope hanging lights, enough light to dress for an ‘occasion’ but also intimate & homely at other times. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to manage timelines and budgets were truly impressive. The final result was stunning — a space that not only looks incredible but also feels inviting and functional. Every guest who visits comments on the unique design and attention to detail. “After two false starts with other designers, we turned to Miri after seeing their recommendations here – and we’re so glad we did! From day one, they were proactive, responsive, and ready to get to work. Early on our experience showed us the difference between a one-man band and a design studio. Both have a place in the design world, but our project needed a full team on deck. Dorota (owner) led the designs, Julia managed operations (think deliveries, scheduling etc), and Ting produced CGI high-quality renders for every decision from wallpaper to furniture layout. They worked closely with builders, electricians, decorators and joinery so that as much as possible was planned for. Renovations can be tough – trades can be unreliable, and as clients we sometimes change the best laid plans. Sometimes we wanted to spend less, or find better quality, or needed a short turnaround. But Miri took it all in stride and prioritised us. Also worth mentioning, I wanted to do the project myself and wasn’t sure we needed to invest in a designer, but with access to trade prices, their service was more affordable than we expected and the value they added is worth its weight in gold. Beyond the logistics, Miri are brilliant and brave with colors and designs, always willing to try new ideas. We wanted a home that tells our story, balancing playfulness with luxury, and they made it happen.”

“Helene had the hard task of taking over from another interior designer halfway through the complete refurbishment of my new flat. She skilfully picked up the threads, listened and observed acutely to my requirements, prepared images that suggested her creative ideas. From the start, Helene co-operated well with all the workmen already working on my flat. Helene approached a challenging project with inspiration and style while concentrating on fine details. She changed an awkwardly designed apartment into a warm, attractive and comfortable home. Her knowledge, friendly attitude, support and professionalism made my project a pleasure and not a chore.
