We relocated to London in 2023 and bought a 3 bedroom in central London that needed to be gutted and completely refurbished from re-wiring, new floors, new bathrooms and kitchen. We could not bring any of our furniture from Italy, because of the tight spaces of this converted Victorian building into flats. We were stressed about the challenge ahead of us and being very busy also with our new jobs. Giovanna took away our worries and found rapid solutions to all challenges and turned a foreign place into our new home, a home we are so excited to live in.

Our 5 bedroom home was looking a little dated and we decided to hire an interior designer to re-design all bedrooms, reception rooms and hallway. Giovanna was recommended to us by friends of friends. We have been very impressed with her structured and transparent approach of the design process and the high level of service we have received throughout the process. She is proactive and responsive with an incredible attention to detail, empathy and understanding of our needs. We wanted to keep some of our furniture and we love the way she sourced new pieces and re-upholstered others and gave it a new look while preserving the original character we wanted. We absolutely love the result that was achieved.

Giovanna was referred to us. We are grateful for the recommendation. We needed a quick turnaround for our rental property as we did not want to lose generating rental income for too long. Communication was very effective and timings were respected. Her team worked with commitment and care and was very clean. We are also delighted with the new bathroom, kitchen and furniture: beautiful and practical, fit for the purpose. Our property has been completely transformed and we have improved our rental income by 60%.
