“We use Spectrum homes based on their reviews and were not disappointed. We met with Alex and went through our vision, what we hoped to achieve, explained our timeline requirement, set our budget and highlighted what was important to us and potential pitfalls we felt he should be aware off. Alex bring the professional he, alongside Buki and our builder, Lee, delivered and then some. Like any project there were ups and down, issues that were not anticipated, weather issues too, however throughout the build there was always a desire to work in partnership in moving forward. Spectrum homes were not the cheapest quote we got, we went with Alex and team as we believed they beat understood our needs/vision and we are thankful for the end result. This was our first experience of a builder actually doing what he said he would do. The project did over run due to weather and delays from glaziers. Must stress the project was completed on budget/quote. We will be looking to use Spectrum homes for any future projects and can only implore everyone else to atleast call Alex and Buki, meet and discuss. You won’t regret it.”
