She gently encouraged me (and my home) out of our comfort zone, and I truly love the result. Visitors often comment on how peaceful the house feels, which is exactly what I had hoped for. Her dedicated team worked in my home for several weeks. They were a lovely group of people — respectful, considerate, and always pleasant to greet each morning.
