The team at willow tree Interiors have been nothing short of AMAZING! They have been so patient, accommodating and helpful! From helping with the design, sending pictures of different styles and colours, Luke was on hand to answer all my questions. I now have a truly bespoke piece I am totally in love with. My vanity unit has arrived, it came impeccably wrapped and the attention to detail on the design is a true credit to their craftsmanship!

What a find! I was looking for bespoke vanity units, wanting something stylish for our two new bathrooms and was lucky enough to stumble across Willow Tree Interiors, local to East Sussex. They are incredibly professional, attentive and tended to every question I had, no matter how big or small. Luke was fantastic in meeting with me to discuss the design of our vanity units in detail. It’s a family owned business that concentrates on producing quality products whilst delivering outstanding service - 10 out of 10!! I can’t recommend them more highly!

We are delighted with our new kitchen, and all thanks for go to Luke, Josh, John and the rest of the team at Willow Tree. This was a very complicated project as it required a lot of building work on an old house before they could really get to work, but once walls had been removed, old foundations dug out and new ones laid, walls plastered and flooring laid they were able to crack on. Throughout all the uncertainty of how much space we would actually have, Josh and Luke were great at adapting their design to our changing requirements. Some of the little extra features that we have ended up with such as our display cabinet for antique china, the "coffee cupboard" for hiding away the kitchen electrical appliances and the charging drawer are delightful. A late addition - only thought of once the first cabinets arrived on site - was the drinks cabinet with glass doors and lighting inside and this has also proved a boon. Throughout the problems of supply, especially appliances coming from abroad, they have been calm throughout. When it came to fitting, John was amazing. His attention to the smallest detail is something to recommend Willow Tree alone. Their strap line is "Simple Furniture, Beautifully Made" and, even if the job didn't look simple to me, the kitchen is certainly beautifully made. Thank you, all at Willow Tree. I would recommend them most highly. Delighted to see that our kitchen features in the Willow Tree galleries where the pictures are much better than I could ever produce. Outstanding! We’ve had our Willow Tree Interiors kitchen installed for 8 weeks now. We love it and are constantly admiring it! It’s beautiful, superb quality and looks like it’s straight out of a high end magazine - it’s exactly what I asked for. Willow Tree are definitely master craftsmen, they are so knowledgeable and able to help with decisions based on experience. In addition the team at Willow Tree delivered exceptional customer service at every step of the way. Excellent communication in challenging times. They were a pleasure to have on site, very tidy and clean. Love the fact it’s a family business and highly recommend them.

Willow Tree have just completed our new kitchen, which included a renovated utility room and downstairs loo. The results are stunning. The design and attention to detail are marvellous. I now have more storage space than I know what to do with! We really could not be more delighted.

From the moment we walked into their show room in Heathfield we knew we wanted to use Willow Tree. Their knowledgeable and honest advice helped us design our perfect kitchen. The quality of the cabinetry, the installation and the finish are excellent. They took time to explain every element of the work and answered our many questions with a smile. The installation team worked in harmony with the other trades and they were always accommodating. Their aftercare is also second to none as they have since been back to make a few minor adjustments without hesitation. I highly recommend Willow Tree Interiors whose craftmanship is of a very high standard. They have designed, built and installed my wonderful kitchen which is solid and of high quality. They have transformed the space from a poky dark area with little storage to an Amazing, Elegant Kitchen with huge amounts of storage. They are also very nice people to communicate with and were always at the end of the phone or email to answer our questions and advise us. Luke and the team at Willow Tree Interiors have been fantastic. I needed some bespoke wardrobes designed and installed for my clients to maximise storage in each of their bedrooms and they were able to provide exactly that. Every wardrobe has been designed beautifully to fit each room, hand painted on site and left with my client in a clean and tidy state. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and I will be continuing to use Willow Tree Interiors in my future projects.
