Joel and his team recently designed and fitted our wonderful new kitchen. We were kept informed every step of the way. Any qualms, concerns or queries we had were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. Now there’s no more cluttered work surfaces, everything has a home. We have amongst other delights a wonderful larder cupboard. I shall never get tired of opening the door and admiring how ordered everything is. We had our kitchen/dining room knocked through and a new kitchen/family room installed by Joel and his team. We are so pleased with it - it’s really transformed our home - made it more functional & the design touches Joel brings make the whole space feel so stylish. I would encourage you to consider Joel as I feel the quality of design and product we’ve got in our new kitchen is excellent value & leagues ahead of the other high street & bespoke options we considered. Having the whole thing project managed by Joel also reduced the stress of a big project substantially as Joel is so supportive & always there to discuss any concerns with. Joel recently designed and managed the refit of our en suite bathroom and he was amazing. Personalised service from start to finish he organised everything leaving us stress free throughout the whole build. He made us feel comfortable from the beginning, understanding what it was we wanted and made some great suggestions we wouldn’t have otherwise thought of. Even when we had a last minute panic about the sink unit, Joel dealt with it very gracefully and immediately came up with a choice of redesigns. Nothing was too much trouble and he made sure we were happy at every stage. 100% recommend using Joel and his team and we will definitely be doing this for our next project.

We recently extended our 1930s semi detached home and Joel took the job on of designing and fitting our kitchen. We have recently worked with Joel to create a unique, functional and stylish Scandi-boho inspired kitchen-diner. A Galley kitchen and Dining room were knocked through to create a kitchen-diner living space. During the design process, Joel presented innovative ideas to capture our vision, the end result fulfils that and more, whilst providing the ‘wow’ factor. Throughout the project, Joel was always there to answer any queries swiftly offering practical solutions and would highly recommend him. Not only was Joel professional, friendly and reliable, the workmen- all experts in their own fields, also reflected these qualities perfectly. We used Joel's services to completely renovate our bathroom, as we were keen for someone else to manage everything for us, and the entire process was incredibly smooth, from picking out the fittings to organising the plumber, plasterer, electrician, etc. Joel is incredibly professional and very responsive, which in my experience is unusual for the trade! I would definitely recommend Joel's services to anyone looking to do home renovations.

Working with Joel to design the kitchen in our new extension has been a pleasure. We started our journey 12 months ago, first meeting Joel when he opened his studio in Leicester. Throughout the design process he had lots of ideas, many of which we hadn’t thought possible. Our original thoughts were that we didn’t have room for a utility but Joel came up with ideas and suggestions for small changes to our extension that meant our final result was a perfect kitchen and a separate utility. Unfortunately, just as our builder was due to start work, the March lockdown arrived and our whole project was initially delayed by 2 months. Joel was great throughout this time making sure that he kept in touch and we keep moving things slowly forward in the background. Once the building project started, we had ongoing supply issues caused by the impact of Covid but Joel helped us work around these issues and kept his installation planning flexible which despite everything meant that we had our kitchen and utility in place for Christmas. The teams Joel used for the installation were excellent. Everyone was punctual, reliable and tidy with great attention to detail. This all resulted in a kitchen installation that was as stress free as it could have been under the circumstances. We have had face to face meetings, virtual meetings, lots of WhatsApp messaging but through all of the project Joel has been a pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much trouble and he has gone above and beyond our expectations many times. We can’t recommend Joel highly enough and throughout our project he has demonstrated that we made the right decision in choosing to work with him. We wouldn’t hesitate to have him back for any future projects and would look forward to working with him again.

Joel helped us with our latest bathroom project. He created a fantastic design pack after a couple of Zoom meetings. He listened to our vision and what we wanted to achieve, and gave us invaluable inputs. Given the Covid constraints, we decided to project manage and purchase the products ourselves. But Joel provided us with a comprehensive list of product schedule and work schedule as well the 2-D & 3D design drawing pack, which have contributed massively to the overall success of our project. Throughout the project, Joel was always there to help answer our questions swiftly, too. The end result looks fantastic. Would highly recommend. And I look forward to working with Joel again on other projects in the near future.

We recently used Joel for a bathroom refit and we couldn't be happier with the entire process. Starting off with a Zoom chat, we immediately felt Joel understood exactly what we were after and the initial sketches that followed soon after were ideal in both look and budget. The work and customer service provided by Joel and his team have been second to none, they have coped with all kinds of last minute changes - from last minute lockdown regulations to floor tiles that seemed to have been permanently attached - and each time they have worked so hard to adapt. Joel is worth his weight in gold and works so hard to achieve such high quality results, we have been provided with a blissful bathroom that we keep making excuses to spend more time in there.
