We were delighted when Smart Design Hub agreed to carry out the refurbishment of the upper floor of our house, as we have had smaller projects carried out by them in the past and were very pleased with the outcome. Although there was inevitable domestic disruption, Osman worked well around our often-chaotic environment and finished the work on time. Some of the transformations including building us a fitted mirrored wardrobe in one of the bedrooms. We had a limited budget and I thought this may affect both the quality of work and its overall look. However, Osman very cleverly planned and designed a look taking into account my budget, the type of finish that I desired, whilst considering the best materials that I could afford as well as the length of time it would take to complete the job. The craftsmanship was spot on! Osman is a bit of a perfectionist which paid off as the mirrored wardrobe was even better than I envisioned. I would highly recommend Smart Design Hub for anyone wishing to undertake any renovation work big or small, as I have experienced both. You always feel valued as a customer and they always deliver a reliable and friendly service with high integrity.

Osman was great. Needed a cupboard to be done from scratch, and a few shelves for extra storage in store rooms. Osman quoted the most reasonable price, and finished up the work with in a day. Really efficient and reasonably priced. Would recommend for sure.

Smart Design Hub - Attention to detail, a clear understanding of design requirements, and offered expert and insightfull solutions where design challenges were faced. Courteous and professional and achieved solution within budget. Where there was a deviation this was discussed and agreed upon before further work was carried out. I would use them again.

Osman has been undertaking carpentry work for me since he was 19 years-old. He has grown into a quite brilliant carpenter. He is full of innovative ideas and can transform spaces big or small into beautiful practical spaces. He is able to see what can work where you the customer might be struggling. I have introduce Osman to a number of family members all of whom have used him to undertake their projects and all of whom are delighted with the end results. Osman is above all things an honest and hardworking man. He will produce receipts for even the smallest of purchase. As a customer, you're guaranteed to be left totally satisfied with his work. I have personally loved all the work Osman has carried out in my home. He really knows his stuff. My favourite innovation of his is the beautiful bookcase he constructed on my very high landing space. It's a really conversation piece with visitors. It is very attractive and provides much needed extra shelving. I also loved the fireplace he built for me.

I have had a lot of work done at my Maida Vale property and no tradesman or team of Tradesmen gave me a better service than the Smart Design Hub. They took much time to listen and work with me on this project .They had a great eye for detail. A team of perfectionists and that's what made me feel comfortable. They worked to perfection and they achieved it. I recommend them 100%, never come across such well informed skilled perfectionists with good customer service. I have done many projects and I will definitely use them on any upcoming projects. Polite, well informed, honest, excellent value for money and perfect results. Definitely use them again. Would give 6 stars if the option was available.
