This was a proposal I created for my landlord, who owns a lovely property on Wood Lane, just outside the Westfield shopping center. The property includes two flats: a studio at the front and a one-bedroom flat at the back. I envisioned transforming the space into four small self-contained units. Although we didn’t end up making a deal, I wanted to share this proposal with you. I think a design like this would be perfect for short-stay Airbnb rentals!
