consider putting your bed in the dressing room and wardrobes and dressing area near the ensuite in the current master bedroom. Perhaps more than one opening through would be good.

I think you're on the right track, the small wall to sheild the toilet area from the wardrobe  keeps the wardrobe in its own space and seems to actually give you space. As the master it gains a flow, rather than being broken up by doors.

Your headboard looks like it could be close to F&B’s Hague Blue? Perhaps painting the whole interior & outside wall behind the headboard, with a lighter tone greyish blue colour to the rest of the walls to blend in with your mid grey carpet.
