Hi
We were thinking of extending to create a kitchen/diner/family room but are now more preferable to making current space work for us. Have enclosed a rough plan of the back of downstairs showing what we are contemplating. Have spoke to 2 builders who both think it would work but as we are knocking down a wall reducing the utility it will mean relocating plumbing & the consumer box - do you think it will be worth it to gain the additional 2.1 metres? I certainly do but husband is less keen. Help!
