Hanging rail from the ceiling above one of the bedside tables. Possibly with a pulley mechanism, like the old laundry racks you can raise out of the way. definitely hooks on the back of the door. what about adding a picture rail you could hang clothes hangers from? Definitely add in a large mirror so the space doesn't feel small. Don't compromise on bed width! Use the height of the room to max effect so you don't steal floor space. So you could also wall hang bedside tables to leave space under for shoes and give the appearance of more floor space.

I think that's an old Antique bed that's been painted and re-upholstered. The chest of drawers is almost certainly an original Victorian, although granted, there are good copies about. A lot of French beds such as Corbeille types were upholstered. Those studs you can buy all over the place, they come in strips that you nail every fourth or sixth one in. The little chairs look like originals, the only bit of furniture that is probably modern but painted the same is the table in the middle of the chairs. They vary a lot in price depending on from whom and where you buy them. My wife was an antique dealer for many years and used to trade on Ebay. If you intend to watch the TV in bed then you need 2 flat adequate wall areas, therefore l would consider placing the bed headboard on the outside wall and the TV opposite it. If you put the bed with the headboard onto the adjoining dressing room wall then you might be stuck for a TV wall placement on the window wall.
