Hi shahina, Thank you so much for the compliment! Cappucino and Emperador marbles are simply different colors--just like Carrara and Emperador Dark are different colors. Different lots of each stone look different, which could explain why the Cappucino and Emperador Light slabs that you saw look similar. Every now and then, some colors will look very close to one another--it just tends to happen because of the natural variation. No, I do not think that Emperador Dark would be too dark for your bathroom, as long as you keep the other tile and paint colors on the lighter side. there is not a big difference between the worktop ( it is more shiny) and tiles for walls you have chosen. About the concrete effect, the finishing is matt , so it is not that much shiny but the advantage is not slippery, I think you have done good choice unless you choose your walls tiles matt also ( to me better choice) make sure your silicone is colorless otherwise it will stand out really bad when it is finished.

I would try a few colours on paper first- personally I think you will find the palest colours make the worktop and floor look dirty and you might be better with a stronger warm neutral such as Farrow and Ball - Cord. Dark colours would also sit well with this worktop and floor. To lighten the effect of a stronger base cabinet consider painting the wall cabinets a lighter shade of the base colour
