Hi, I love this whole look, my slate patio going down in a couple of weeks. I absolutely ADORE the lit ball. Can you tell me where it is from please? thanks

I believe This is a sculpture called dark planet by David Harber. Google and you will find contact details.

Very kind, thank you. You are right. I have just downloaded their brochure. However there are no prices so I will assume they are insanely expensive and just dream instead :)

I'm sorry it's such a bad photo, I have been very busy and it is very late at night. I just had time to snap a photo. The paint in the corner is Farrow&Ball too. Can't quite remember where the pillow is from.

I love this colour but think that you won't notice the dark kitchen cabinets. To make your existing furniture stand out I think you need contrast. I think the earlier suggestion of orange is fun but to include the Brinjal I would paint the walls green and then add pops of the brinjal. Perhaps if you get some light picture frame add a border of brinjal to give them more presence. Alternatively hang inexpensive canvasses - I would choose three long thin ones and paint one and either wall paper in a similar colour or staple on fabric to add pattern.

You like the idea of a feature wall, so take the advise from those who listened to you and replied with feature wall ideas, there are some really nice and a bit different wood effect wall papers, that would look good above and then just extended about 24" either side of your fire place, also the mirror could be just a little higher, the family photos you have would be better placed above the unit that your lamp is on, also pulled away from the corner about 3ft, your other wall art would look great placed above your sofa, but not the 2 flower one's, maybe try placing them one above the other on a narrow wall, and have your foot stall/pouffe underneath with a couple of cushions, almost creating a reading nook, good luck with what ever you choose to do

Hi Sandra, I would normally say, come and buy yourself one of our amazing designer radiators! Come on, get your hands on one, etc, etc... However, painting your radiator is rather easy and you could totally make it work with the rest of the space. We have a guide on painting a radiator here - http://www.bestheating.com/info/blog/painting-a-radiator/ - check it out. But, if all else fails, we have a huge sale on this Easter weekend that could provide you with a stylish designer radiator that could complement the space too. We wouldn't recommend a rad cover though, they will eat the heat from the room in no time and end up costing you more money than is needed. Perhaps a vertical designer radiator could be the way to go... Good luck!

I'd like to think our prices aren't insanely expensive although I would agree that - as hand made products - they aren't the cheapest. But prices are also not on our website because they are complicated. The Dark Planet Sculpture featured here, for example, comes in four sizes and can be made in various materials.

And you only need to contact us to find out. You might be pleasantly surprised!

An update: we do now show starting prices on our website. The starting price for the Dark Planet is £10,238 or $14,053. In the UK, that includes VAT plus delivery and installation.
