Thanks :) Hopefully worktops should be done within the next week. My husbands done everything himself plus he's never done anything like this before, hence why it's taking so long! but he's a perfectionist so I don't mind. No sofa yet, still unsure of what to go with plus I keep changing my mind on blinds lol. I'm so indecisive! :)

Hello Mrs G! I personally love the tile, it really is beautiful and that's why it needs to be highlighted. Having too much of it will drown it so to speak so I would do either one of these 2 options: 1) Leave it on the main floor only. Then on the platform floor and wall, up to the window, I would put a matte grey tile of the exact same colour as the grey in your feature tile. 2) Or put it only on the wall behind the bath up to the ceiling a bit like this: I really think that's your 2 options as otherwise it might be too much. With these I think you'll agree it "frames" the tiles more so they have a real impact. Hope that helps! Anthony

Hi Claire, Do the doors actually open inwards into the room? How about considering place the bed in the center of the room facing the doors? You would disguise the back of the bed with a thin console table which have some dressing style storage (jewelry etc) and can hold some tall flowers and candles to set the mood on entering. There's lots of ways you can add the luxury feel you are looking but this would create real impact and make the bed the real feature of the space. If budget allows I would hang lights from the ceiling ad beside lights and layer up on dressing for an even more luxurious feel. I have attached one of my clients bedroom design (single room re-design package) to show you the hanging lighting idea - if this isn't possible then a well placed small chandelier style light would have a great effect on the space. I hope this helps and I look forward to seeing the finished room - it will look stunning I am sure! all the best, Gina

Thank you so much Tani, Carolina and So-Real for taking the trouble to reply and for such good ideas and photos as well! I am torn between which way to go! If I box up to the window sill should I go up to the left hand corner of the room next to the current basin but presumably this will affect the basin width-wise if I do put it there? The current one is 60cm wide so I could get away with the protrusion as the boxing is already there but would it look ok coming out along there? Or as you say I could put the toilet where the sink is and add a basin on a countertop under teh window. The window sill is 86cm high and I cannot seem to get the dimensions for one of the countertop ones on Google which is frurstrating but will keep trying! In my other bathroom the sink height is 82cm so that could possibly work.... What do you think? Thanks again
