what's a wet system ufh? and are you having underfloor heating? Did your builders say there was a reason why you couldn't have both different types? So much to think about, my problem is the same flooring is then following on outside, so I think I need to have concrete in the external bit for the tiles or covering to lay over. I like the tiles, where are they from? thanks. please do post updated pics.

We have a number of stones that are suitable for use inside and out that may help. Larger tiles or bespoke pieces are also an option if this is what you would prefer.

I'm confused, why is the eco drain inside the property?

You could use something like our Burnham range of cement effect porcelain, they are quite big and used with a narrow grout joint they provide an almost seamless look
