In all honesty that looks really simple. The handles look very obtainable and pretty sure I've seen them in b&q, homemade and so on. As for the design behind it, I'm pretty sure you could stencil it and have them made for a small amount. Drill a small hole through it so the handle is able to go through it then paint it whatever colour you need.

So you know I bought a single 'click deco' brand dolly light switch a while back and found it to be pretty poor quality so it was returned. I quite like their antique bronze range too as it contrasts nicely with chrome/nickel finishes without clashing. If you'd really like everything to match then take a look at the Jim Lawrence range. They're not the cheapest but offer both light switches and door furniture in a large selection of finishes.
