Hello maxchew, It's rather a shame that the aircon/heater unit is there as ideally the picture and picture light could be situated higher up the wall. Not to worry... With the shell wall sconces.. Why not add two pillar candles in cream.... Something taller and more traditional looking or have LED ones for safety... Perhaps consider a tall one and a shorter one.. On the other side consider a low bowl... with nothing in it.. The table to the right with the plant... Move this further away to another location so the console becomes a focus in it's own right... Leave the horses underneath the console they too look nice there.. : ))

Hi Susanna, That hallway is lovely and spacious, you're so lucky! For a sideboard, a natural wood would complement the room and bring some warmth, whilst providing a little bit of storage for keys and post. I like the last mirror, but it does depend on your decor style - contemporary, country, mid century, traditional? Do you think a more rustic lamp would suit the mirror or do you like the glam/glitzy look?
