Which order to do things in? - total kitchen reno

Hi guys.
Here are my plans for turning our long, dark kitchen with dead space into a more usable, light space. We plan to do this by adding big bifold doors at the end, plus replacing a small window, as well as new lights. We'll also need to alter the size of a side window which is currently very low, to allow for kitchen units to be put underneath.
My question is, what order do I do things in?! I'm going to try project manage it myself. But as the layout and usage is being remodelled, I'm not sure which person to call in first.
It'll need new flooring, steal beams for bifolds, glazing, new electrical points (ceiling and walls), moving the gas combi boier, moving the drainage from the back wall to the side external wall...and that's all before we think about fitting new kitchen units in. Please advise! :)
