Hi Annie How about carved wooden fretwork panels above the bed, see attached images. Maybe not as large as these, as you have large headboard. Also the room needs a few decorative touches, how about real or faux orchids on the bedside table. I would also suggest a large rug to warm the room up, and would suggest moving the sofa away from the window to the bottom of the bed, if it's the same width, or alternatively buy an upholstered ottoman the same width as bed. I can't really see what lighting you have, but it looks like the room could take a large statement chandelier? If the mirror isn't attached to chest of drawers then remove this and replace with a large freestanding ornate mirror alongside.

This is a new garden from scratch which I am planning to do . I am having my patio in front of my two patio doors and then same slabs going all around the house. I am thinking of making bedding which is shown in dark brown colour but don't know what type of plants shell I plant. I have a very tall hedge on the end of garden and I need to know what type of plants can go there, As this place hardly get any sun. Please Help as starting the project from next week :)

Shortly after moving into a new build our kitchen and utility tiles started to sound hollow when walking on them. When the tilers came to lift the tiles [each 200mm x 100mm] they came up in sheets of around 20 to 30 tiles at once. The concrete floor was clearly not prepared before the originals were laid and the tiles had simply not keyed onto the floor. The tilers cleaned and sealed the floor [not sure what with... but the whole job was done in one day, so nothing too time consuming] and the new tiles have now been down for nearly 29 years with no problems.
