Hi. I would also paint it white. Perhaps something like farrow and ball James White which has a green undertone. I'd put a sofa under the short wall with the window. Agree with Carolins that an outdoor sofa may be best. This one is also from John Lewis and is a scandi style. I'd add a sheepskin throw over one arm and then add a couple of nature inspired scandi cushions with a bit of colour. You should also have room to add an arc lamp behind the sofa. Also agree re the stove which I'd put in the top left corner. You can get electric stoves with a faux flue which will make it look more authentic. I'd look for a slim glass or acrylic coffee table which visually won't take up much space maybe with a shelf underneath for some books. Add some faux stems on the table, I like the eucalyptus from Cox and Cox. I'd also add a chair in the spare corner but yet to find one suitable! Add a mirror or mirrors on the long wall to add more light and space, maybe some of the round ones on chains or leather straps. If you want a rug then I'd go for an outdoor one which may be more practical. Good luck, sounds like a fun project!

Old timber door removed and replaced with a multipoint locked stable door colour matched to the timber windows. Double glazed glass and tradition ironwork for the hardware.

What a transformation! Who would have thought that the exterior (what is that...brick, stone?) would clean up so nicely! And the stable doors are a lovely touch!

minnie101 thank you so much but I've tried Solidor - despite telling me they can make any size and thus are a bespoke manufacturer, they do have a width limit and the doors don't open outwards!
