Definitely had a glass shade. What your looking for is a replacement with a neck so the lip sits on top of the screws. Dulux light and space paint are coloured already with special light reflecting articles. The paints are all light colours.

Having just stayed in a house with a super busy looking granite worktop you realise you cant actually see when it is properly clean after cooking. Imo go for the worktop with a more subtle vein, which will look really smart with the dark cabinets. ( Love the floor tiles! )
