Absolutely loved the ceiling lights!

Hi,
I quite liked your work, it's a shame you are not local to me. :)
I was planning on doing my apartment and am totally sold on the ceiling lights!
Where are they from? Do you think I can order them in the UK?

First of all thank you so much for your interest,

The ceiling panelling and lights are part of my interior design implementation, they are designed and installed specially for this residence.

Thus, can't be ordered without having your ceiling's measurements and it might be quiet difficult to install also.

I would like to know the details about your project because i'm planning to move to UK in aprox 2 months. Maybe there will be a chance to work together.

Hi Claire, as Litecraft have already pointed out it does depend on what you are going to have in the rest of your kitchen but for me I would go with the Chrome option as think it will make your lights stand out more. If you want to go for something different to chrome there is also a satin nickel option too like this one which isn't as shiny as the chrome options like the one below. As there are quite a few different options you can have a look at our range by clicking this link: Downlights Also you didn't mention if you was having round or square lights so you can see the square options here as there are many available which you can also have as twin, triple of even quad options! As the others have said, laying spotlights all over a ceiling just looks brash. They are best around the edges of the room, where the light bounces off walls and serves to give a nice glow, rather than an industrial glare. And I would absolutely advise keeping the central fitting on a separate circuit for a statement pendant - or at the least advise leaving the wiring for that there and hidden in the ceiling, for the potential for one in the future. Spots are massively overused - I have seen a load of period houses here in London made soulless by removing ceiling fittings and ambient lighting for a carpet of spotlights. spots are one aspect of a good lighting design, but should not light a room on their own - too harsh, too directional. I would actually paint all the beams except for the large central beam the same colour as the ceiling. It will lighten it enormously, plus it will make the beautiful central beam stand out more. The lighting isn't helped by the wall lights being down lighters. Ordinary sphere lights or up lighters would be better to light further up the wall. If you have head height you can also wrap the rope lights around the central beam a little like this.................you won't get them to be too long, but I think you could get it to work.
