Copper splashback help!!

In December we finally installed a shiny new kitchen - dark grey gloss units, wooden worktops, darkish coppery bronzey grey kitchen tiles and we were going to have a copper glass splashback. But, three companies have let us down on that and since then I have completely gone off the idea. I'm not a neutral kind of a girl but don't want proper colour because we have a lot of that going on and I don't want to tire of it. So, I stick to colours for things that are easily or cheaply replaced :D I have looked for copper tiles that aren't mosaics and the only ones I found can't be cut around our sockets. So, having ruled out every possibility of colour (I hate patterns) and type of splashback it seems I have decided to go for actual copper sheets (unless anyone has any great ideas - I don't want anything dark as the room is verging on gloomy, it's an old converted farm building that doesn't always get much light and I don't want anything too bland eg white or cold eg silver - see my problem :D). The room itself is painted "primary" green and our accessories are all red with white sink, white table, white ceilings and all the woodwork and the dining room part of the floor is a warm wood. What I really want to know is if we buy the copper for the splashback who do we ask to install it (DIY is really not our thing)? A tiler? A joiner? Or is it a specialist and if so, wat would they be called! We live up north so don't have big city access to lots of things :O Thanks anyone!! xx
