Ooh, trendy flooring. 😊 Looking good. Kitchen looks really cool. And massive. The ceiling height helps the sense of space too, I think.

I cannot make a decision on what colour/design of flooring to choose please help. The new flooring will run from the hall into the open plan kitchen/living room. The new kitchen has a laminate worktop called Oak Lodge and the cabinets are Cashmere. The rooms have good natural ligthing. I think LVT would be good and have numerous samples of Amtico and Karndean but have become overwhelmed and nothing seems to be right. Walls are all very natural soft greys and creams so very safe. I always thought I would go for a wood style floor but not sure if it would be too much with the worktops. I have been living with plywood floors for nearly two years and would like to finally get this sorted. Please help!!!!

It may depend on the actual colour of the concrete worktop. There are lots of greys, some appear quite cool and veer towards blue, actual poured concrete is usually a 'yellow' grey and so looks warmer. Knowing the real colour will help to narrow down your choices. My gut feeling would be huge format porcelain tiles from Mandarin Stone. They do lots of colours.

Hi there - it would probably work best to take the inspo from nature here. So think beach colours with the greys, stone colours to give a unified, soft cohesion look. Thanks
