Are 2 drawer pulls ok ? Please check my pic
Comments (17)Thanks Isidora. It's the discussion of the finer details which helps actually ! I think , having looked again in person, that the one larger D cup actually looks fine against the round knob...perhaps it is the 2 together which make the knob look a bit lost, as the eye sees so much metal on top then this small knob below. My partner also prefers the fancier D cup so I'm going to just fill the holes. You can only barely make out where the holes were on the big doors - you have to get up real close and scrutinize it, so I think my filling and sanding skills are actually pretty good. I was just trying to avoid more labour as the whole painting-the-cupboards was a bloody nightmare (I did them grey, didn't like it, so had to go around with white 3 times !) Thanks everyone for the input, it has helped me to clarify things....See MoreCup style drawer pulls on cabinets?
Comments (9)I am from the school that a handle is a handle whether on a drawer or door. But picking the right one would make all the difference. I think brass cup ones would look great, we are considering these ones for our kitchen, not exactly cup but thought you might like to see them https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/614401657/america-dresser-drawer-pulls-knobs?ref=cart....See MoreKitchen cabinet help
Comments (2)Thank you Jonathan. If it's the one i'm looking at then it does look very similar indeed expect it appears to have a thin border around the edge too. The problem that i'm having is finding a door that looks like a shaker but it doesn't have that 'depth'. I just want a plain door with a thin inlay or a square around it that's fully recessed. So far I can't find any kitchen designer that can do it without going bespoke....See MoreShallow pull out bins for underneath undermount sink
Comments (11)Sounds to me that the plumbing needs to be tidied up, i'd fit a twin bowl space saver plumbing kit, standard kit from franke sinks or mcalpine have a version https://mcalpineplumbing.com/traps/sink-kits/ssk2-double-bowl-space-saver-kit if this is fitted properly then you increase the depth and height you have to work with. as for having 3 compartments, hafele do have this but it fits in an 800 drawer, or if you want a twin compartment waste bin for a 400 door hafele have an undersink bin, ninka easywaste, but this needs a depth of 470mm...See More- 9 years ago
