Hi there, Sorry for the late response! But if you are still looking for a similar light to this fitting, we carry this which is very popular: http://www.pagazzi.com/muni-led-ceiling-pendant-light-polished-chrome.html Hope that's of interest. Thanks, Pagazzi Lighting

Intelligent lighting was something we saw to be very popular last year, and for very good reason! As it becomes more mainstream and affordable we foresee most renovation projects employing an element of control in primary living spaces! But, as choice grows, which system should you choose? Here are some suggestions from our lighting team at Avinu: Controller compatibility and light fittings : LEDS should be tested before you buy. How many circuits? Consider a small controller for main living areas, or whole-house to reap the full benefits of a larger dedicated system. Have you cabled? If you have a retro-fit then there are great wireless controllers. However, cabling is best! Flexibility : wire for both traditional and intelligent systems where you can. Power Saving : don't forget to include occupancy sensors for turning lights off when rooms are vacated.

Thanks for the compliment. I am not a professional but have modernised and rearranged many homes and been very successful at adding value. Everything is possible in building terms but lots of things are uneconomic. I suspect that the walls between the front bedroom and shower room and the other wall between bed 2 and the kitchen are holding up walls in the flat above. You can knock doorways in them but removing them altogether is more expensive. You should also bear in mind that as a resident you are likely not the freeholder (which means you are responsible for the whole building) but a part owner of the freehold meaning that you still need permission to make internal alterations. Do you have much budget beyond the purchase to build and renovate?

The floor is the best in that little room, the floor and wall are great together. The floating cabinet is a big difference, light colours, and thank goodness that window architrave is gone because that was odd. Only critique is where have all the beauty products gone and the sink lessens the surface space. I assume with the white, the ashtray has been evicted!... very posh, I'd be pleased.
