Rockpanel Cladding on Front Elevation - advice please
Comments (0)We are about to embark upon a house re-design - existing and proposed plans attached. I am keen to use a Rockpanel Chameleon Cladding on the front of the house (which is on the beach) - this material changes colour depending on the effect of the light and the angle from which it is viewed (in this case blue to green to purple). Originally we thought to put the material in the middle of the house, however, this doesn't look right - so not sure. We will probably increase the 3 window/door panels on the left to four - all ideas gratefully received....See MoreWhat Colour to paint my cladding?
Comments (1)Hello, It is hard to see from the photos as they do not seem to get any bigger when clicking on them. Do you have any a little closer to the building. I would normally do a 3D image to show my customers how this would look in different colours and materials. You can then see everything together before making costly purchases. I would agree that painting the cladding would be the most cost effective way to make a big change. If you are having grey aluminium windows then I would go a more modern and contemporary colour. It is hard to see the front door from here but this is normally a good thing to change to upgrade and modernise your property. I hope this helps and if you wanted to upload more photos or email them I can take a closer look. All the best, Gina...See MoreComposite wood effect cladding supplier recommendations please

Comments (1)We are in the process of buying this 1960s chalet bungalow in Derbyshire. Very unlike what we had in mind but it is in a great location with wonderful views! There is lots to do inside (we have a toilet in a wardrobe) but, would also like to improve the kerb appeal. In the long term we will be landscaping the drive to make space for another car, but are unsure what to do to the front to update it. The windows are in good order and don’t need replacing yet. We have considered having them sprayed & then some render, wood cladding combo. The house frontage is very flat so we have also thought about creating bay windows at some point. New garage door is definitely on our purchase list. Any advice or thoughts much appreciated. Thanks....See More- 9 years ago
