Comments (8)I have to agree with the other comments, Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) would be a perfect floor for your home. Many people are having this type of flooring installed throughout the ground floor of their homes because it is hard wearing, easy to clean and affordable. Moduleo and Karndean are popular brands, both offer several products ranges which include a variety of wood and stone effect tiles. Comments (2)I have had wood effect tiles throughout an open plan kitchen / dining/living area which works very well with underfloor heating, very durable, and so easy to clean. ( also nice to have a cool floor when it is hot) My daughter has engineered wood throughout which has a great feel underfoot, but she has to pay attention to cleaning up every splash immediately. She has not had to refinish in 5 years. In my new house I have LVT throughout which is durable, easy to clean, works with underfloor heating and feels softer underfoot.
