Hi - the washstand is bespoke, very simple shaker design, any good carpenter can make this for you! Warm regards, Rebecca.

I have dealt with many small bathrooms, and I know storage is a problem, but your best bet is to have nothing more than a pedestal vanity. You don't want to spend hundreds on a new piece that takes over the space. I would recommend Pinterest for some ideas on creative storage ideas for a small bathroom. You will live with this for a while, so take your time making a decision.

Hi the floor tiles we are using are from tops tiles , I can't see them on their website but they have them in their shop . They are dark grey/ black 30x60 and are Matt but in certain lights have a very tiny sparkle . Not the ones with big sparkly bits and that are shiny . If I go in again I will find out the name . Your sink is lovely also . I just like ours as it has a Matt finish with a limestone look even though it's white .

Thanks very much. The creamy colour is called Milk White (matt) and it's a Crown paint. The brown is called Dark Elegance and its part of the Fashion for Walls range by Crown paint. This is also a matt paint. The brown paint looks great with 3 coats as it has a great texture and the result is a lovely rich, dark brown.
