I would recon the cost is 1500 per/square if you finish with average quality of finishes, and £1750 for top quality finishes , material also is what I consider to be at top quality. I work with experience Architecture and he has done a project in Central London , a restaurant extension and it looks good. Have you tried searching on line for Vanity units of that size? There are many companies out there that sell them, it's a standard size. I woudn't go to the trouble of building one as it's a standard size. This is what we have in a traditional style as we have a Victorian house, it's 900mm wide. but there are many, many others to choose from depending on what you like.
