Have a look a Moda Furnishings. Most marine fabrics can be left out all year and pressure washed, yes they will mark as will anything, but as long as it is UV resistant it should not fade. Some fabrics are waterproof as well and should not get mould. If it does fade or go mouldy then it's not suitable for outdoor use. Most rattan/plastic effect rattan coverings are designed to be taken in when not in use and not left outside to go mouldy. hope this helps
