Decision help: splashback and sockets

I'm having my kitchen installed and can't decide on the splashback and socket facia colours. Please help! My units are pale blue, my worktop and handles white marble, my sink and tap are bronze (handles and tap aren't in yet).

I was thinking about getting a metal splashback but this is quite expensive. A cheaper option is to get copper wallpaper and just add glass behind the hob! Has anyone used wallpaper before for their splashback?

Also can't decide what colour socket facias to install - do you think black to go with the appliances?

Please help me decide! Thanks in advance! :)
