Is this normal!?

Morning all, I'm just wondering if I am the only one this has happened to? I have recently moved into my renovated house and I'm really pleased with the bathroom with black grout and white metro tiles. However, every time I use the shower (or clean it) colour comes out of the grout! Is this to be expected for the first few uses (mind you it has been over a week now) or should I speak to the tiler/tile shop who sold me the grout? Thanks so much!

I agree - a utility / laundry room (even if very small) is what you need. In our house renovation, we decided against a fourth (spare) room in favour of a laundry room as I don't want clothes draped around the house. Depends how often you have guests really. Other than that, you could get a heated airer from Lakeland to put in the spare room when needed.

@Jo and Linda - I have to say I alternate but try and use an electric as have been dentist-advised also. It can be a slight adjustment letting the brush work for you - sometimes I forget and it can be a bit of a disaster, especially for sensitive gums!

Is it normal to have scuffs and marks on new roof tiles

I have just installed Marley edgemere. Exact same issue where bottom of tiles have these grey / whiteish marks. Seems to be a common problem and associated with the pallet stacking / transport. havent had them up long enough to see if they will go away with rain / weathering but would be nice to get confirmation from anyone that there marks have now gone.

Sounds right and for comparison; 2020 Supply and fit - Handmade Accoya door, frames, glazing, painted, ironmongery (removal of old door) £5k. That was a period repro door in London to match original. Also, 2017 Supply only - 2x Engineered Hardwood doors, frames, glazing, ironmongery £5k. Contemporary door for new build. Fitting was extra but part of the build out costs. Hope this helps.

Not something i'm aware of either, once it's dry it shouldn't run like that. I agree maybe go back to the company you ordered if from.

Thanks :) I've spoken to the tile supplier and he is organising a solution. Fingers crossed it will be sorted this week!
