I don't dislike it, but you could put a shelving unit in front, that goes up to the window. Useful for herb plants, cookbooks and other decorative/useful kitchen items. The black will provide a nice background for those

Problem with wine is that it’s a black glass pane so will draw in a lot of sun so wine will be warm :/

I don’t mind it either. But why not lessen its impact by adding a white window film

Once the house is yours surely you don’t have to ask permission from the developer to make changes do you? I think you’ll find it won’t be a huge cost to replace it with clear glass. A decent handyman can do that for you. Or in the meantime paint it white to blend with the window and door.
