Not really, it literally will not go through to payment. Clicking on secure payment brings up a screen trying to sell additional items such as grout and adhesive, with no continue button. Whether these items are added or not (as in added to cart with intention to remove), it just refused to go to checkout completion!

It appears to be a user registration error, as cannot open a new user registration or recover old registration details... madness.

Ive been in the store, seen these tiles in the flesh, photographed them, thought about them etc, so there should be absolutely no need to now have to wait until the weekend (when my husband returns with the car), to spend half a day of the only 2 days he is home, to physically trapse into Swansea to buy/get them... I could have had the bathroom tiled by then and this is yet another huge delay on the build.

These things probably bother me more than most, as someone who used to build these online systems, so when they mess up so badly, I pop a blood vessel lol. I even tried to get my husband to try to get the purchase done online, he is an IT engineer, cloud infrastructure etc, and he couldnt get it to work either!

I really really hate choosing tiles, although the particular Topps showroom we went to is one of the nicest Ive been in and the staff fantastic. I learned a long time ago that ordering samples takes forever and they never look how they do on the photograph. So, with such limited time for both of us to go out on a mission to physically agree a choice, to have to go out again is infuriating.

Youre all right, just ring them up or go in there. Doesnt bypass the waste of my time though. I don't think I am the only one that gets utterly insulted that they wouldnt take my money! haha

So we ended up losing practically entire day going in to store. We couldnt buy them STILL!. The ones on display are apparently discontinued, and there are replacement tiles of slightly different size, with the same name. This makes absolutely zero sense... I worked out what I needed based on the sizes given on the website, which turns out to be the "new" size. No I did not have a tape measure on me to see what the display ones are. To add to the confusion, the tiles online now say they are on sale (no price change), and limited stock available.

Banging head against a brick wall, especially when, with the other tiles, we were about to hand over a £1600 sale.

I'm not sure if this helps, but I had a quick go with the website on my phone, and it provides me an option to skip the recommended finishing touches, and then choose a delivery method and make payment.
