I would imagine they'd have to be specially adapted and so you'd probably end up paying more. Plus you'll pay customs fees importing the lights in the first place.

Hi, have you seen enamel shades they sell a lot of the components needed for making your own lighting and they have the Rigby fitting you show above https://www.enamelshades.co.uk/search?page=1&q=wall+light The idea acew1234 mentioned of using a rigid flex is a good one as a pendant hanging close to wall will hit off of the wall when doors are opened or people walk by which could damage both the shade and the wall. How big will s that area and what were you planning to do with it? It looks strange...., it could work if the walls were flat and there was no bit of wall between the areas. To be honest I can't imagine why anyone would want to sit in that tiny area when you have a lovely big open space? I'd rethink the plan. Though without measurements it does make it difficult. If it's unused space there would be no point putting the glazing there. With a full glazed wall and a velux in the tiny area you wouldn't need a light, or have a light, but no need for velux? I just think the space won't work, I guess it's an old kitchen space that you are trying to do something with? Sorry

I would go forna bespoke piece to armimate the space . Perhaps a bespoke fitting mounted on the full-height wall ??
