I have used Hiliary Blinds in the past, you should be able to find them online. We had blinds put in our kitchen and bathroom about 10 years ago , maybe even longer and till they look new.

Hi Manda, Your new kitchen looks fab, I bet you're so pleased! Both plain and patterned fabrics would look stunning in the new setting, but why not go for a pretty pattern if it's something you're considering? Geometrics are very on-trend right now, whereas a floral or botanical print will offer a timeless look. A stripe might be a nice choice alternatively. As for blind types, Roller blinds are a perfectly practical choice for a kitchen, particularly when the window is behind a sink like yours. You might like to consider a PVC Roller blind to stop any little splashes from becoming a problem! I've attached an image of a kitchen in a similar style to yours which looks stunning with a striking print. I agree with Stitched that if you want blackout, you need blackout lining; proper darkness is unbeatable for getting a decent night's sleep. Like you, I wanted blackout AND to keep the bedroom curtains looking light and airy, and we solved it by hanging two sets of curtains from the same pole, using the same rings and hooks. The back curtain is a blackout lining in very light beige, just enough to cover the window plus a *little bit* of fold; I think maybe 1.5 times the width of the window. The material is not really very thick or stiff, it's actually quite flowing. In front, we hung very pleated/gathered, gauzy white linen curtains; I think they are 3 or 4 times the width of the window. Because the blackout curtains are less wide, they don't bulk up at the side when opened and sit fairly flat when closed over the window, allowing the white linen, which is very gathered, to billow in front. I hope this makes sense -- it's actually very simple but a bit awkward to explain!

It looks as though the white part is just a normal bracket to extend out past the top of the frame. The silver metal clamp however, looks as though it is manufacturer specific, if there is no clue to who made the blinds perhaps the former owner can tell you where the blinds were bought. As you say no sign of these parts on Google.
